Jasna Nikolić, long-time legal representative, attorney at law, BCUBE DOO, Kragujevac, (Fiat project) successfully filed an appeal against the Decision, Republic of Serbia, Agency for Business Registers, which rejected the registration application for the reservation of the name BCUBE. The Agency for Business Registers canceled its decision immediately and the confirmation of the BCUBE name reservation in favor of BCUBE LOGISTICS DOO was issued automatically. Appeal- click
The Court case, Lion’s claw/Lion’s paw, infringement of the trademark Lion’s claw, Commercial Court Belgrade:
The litigation , infringement of the trademark Lion’s claw, Jasna Nikolić conducted with Zoran Živković, Patent representative. The media covered and followed that lawsuit, which was won successfully, however, one missed the opportunity to introduce this court case as well in the annals of the judicial practice, as the court case with high amount of money that was adjudicated, because the Supreme Court of Serbia reduced the amount of damage enormously, which previous courts awarded to prosecutor.
The Court case, U 2087/19, Bepanthen/Propanthen, Administrative Court in Belgrade:
Bepanthen-Propanthen.Bayer, holder of the trademark Bepanthen, requested recall of the Decision on grant of the right to the trademark Propanthen, holder of the Park Ag. trademark.
The Administrative Court of Belgrade accepted the argumentation of Jasna Nikolić, attorney-at-law, and rejected Bayer’s request.
